This policy lists the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) used on squidgy.ai and in the Squidgy app at app.squidgy.ai, what each does and how long it lasts. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice. They are operated by 4142 Ltd, trading as Squidgy.
Only the strictly necessary item below runs by default. Analytics and marketing technologies load only if you allow them in the cookie banner, where you can accept all, reject all, or choose each category. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop the relevant tracker and clear its identifier.

Separately from cookies: if you submit an enquiry or waitlist form, the details you enter are sent to HighLevel, our CRM, so we can reply. That happens because you asked us to contact you, whether or not you allowed marketing cookies.
The app asks for your choice in its own cookie banner (the website and app are separate, so you choose in each). Only the strictly necessary items run by default. You can accept all, reject all, or choose analytics and marketing separately, and change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in your account menu. If you withdraw consent, we stop the relevant technology and delete the identifiers it stored on our site. Cookies that Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn set on their own domains (such as LinkedIn's bcookie, lidc and li_sugr) cannot be deleted by us; you can remove them in your browser settings. With analytics consent, PostHog records sessions to help us fix problems and improve the product: the pages you view, how you interact with them and text displayed on screen (which can include your conversations with agents), plus browser console logs. Text you type into input fields is masked. With marketing consent, the Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn tags below measure our advertising; those companies use the information under their own privacy policies.

We do not use Google Analytics. Advertising tags are used only in the app, and only with your marketing consent; squidgy.ai itself carries none.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary ones will stop you signing in. We update this policy when the technologies we use change. Questions: privacy@squidgy.ai.
